Brandon Tanori is a drama television writer from East Cleveland, Ohio. He received his Bachelor’s in Film from Howard University and his Master’s Degree in Television Writing & Producing from Loyola Marymount University. Brandon worked as an assistant on Elementary for 6 of the show’s 7 seasons, where he received a story credit for an episode in the show’s sixth season.
During his tenure as an assistant, Brandon hosted events and television writing competitions through a company he started called the Writers Assistants Network “WAN.” Through WAN, he helped over 30 writers transition from being an assistant to their first writing job. Brandon recently worked as a Showrunners assistant on the BET+ show Sacrifice for Kevin Arkadie and co-wrote an episode. Brandon is currently looking for representation to move his career to the next level.

Script Summary: Victor Williams left East Cleveland after his father, who was an E.C. Police officer, was killed. He returns home as a profiler with the FBI to uncover who could be behind a string of unique serial killings in the city. Upon his return, he reunites with his brother, who is undercover with the DEA attempting to bring down a drug kingpin that’s been plaguing the city since they were young. They will secretly team up to help clean up the streets and bring down those responsible for their father’s death.

Script Summary: Charlie Payano is ready to positively influence the economy in the Dominican Republic by changing how his staff at his hotels are paid. His plans are delayed when he suffers an unexpected heart attack, which triggers him to reveal several secrets that will change how his family sees him. His wife, Marisela, feels betrayed and plots to take over the family business by any means necessary, feeling that Charlie is no longer fit to lead the company or the family. When Marisela’s initial plan to inherit the company doesn’t work out, her backup plan will put her in a place of power one way or another.

While struggling with PTSD, Roger abuses drugs and alcohol to cope with his demons, not realizing how much his addiction and denial about how his problems have affected his family. His neighbors in his Cul de Sac might be his only hope to recovery… if he lets them.

Logline: Zachariah Legacy returns home from a 12-year soul searching journey with hopes to ease back into his old life, but instead, he’s called to utilize his newfound martial arts skills to bring down a drug empire and save a daughter he never knew he had.
Script Summary: After his father’s funeral, Zachariah Legacy left his family and the woman he loved to go on a soul-searching quest that led him backpacking around the world. He studied the mystic arts and martial arts from the world’s best masters, transforming him into a symbol of hope with the strength, power, and skills to face and overcome any obstacle.
Upon his return, Zachariah learns that the city he left behind succumbed to a new drug, which his brother is addicted to, and that he has a daughter. While processing his new reality, his daughter is taken against her will by a drug lord to persuade his ex to join their organization.
